How much is the commission refunds? Generally our refunds save buyers equal to about 30% of the buyers commission.

When will I get the check? You'll get paid a refund check at the closing. Once everything is signed and done, our agents will hand you a check that will contain a predetermined amount. There are no suprises, you'll know the amount before the offer even goes through.
